As the Founder & CEO of Suncart, he launched Qatar’s pioneering grocery delivery service, achieving 75K app installs, USD 500K in annual revenue, and a Y Combinator finalist spot. Jaffer led product development, secured USD 300K in funding, and partnered with Lulu Hypermarkets to onboard 10,000 SKUs, while managing diverse teams across Qatar and Pakistan. He also piloted a fresh-produce supply chain platform in Lahore, generating USD 120K in 6 months.
Jaffer’s experience extends to growth leadership roles, where he transformed Byte (YC S20) by scaling food orders 25x in 5 months, reducing CAC to under $5, and managing USD 1M in ad spend. He built the growth infrastructure using tools like Mixpanel and Adjust and fostered a collaborative culture with clear values and strategies.
